Please be aware that Candylove Naturecare products are only for the sole purpose of clearing beautifying your skin. It is not in any way or form of diagnosis or treatment of skin problems. You should always seek medical help if any questions arise regarding any medical condition.
Although our products are always suitable for sensitive skin, it is advisable to always test the products on a small area of your skin for prevention of any allergic reaction or skin sensitivity to ingredients. In a situation of any severe allergic reactions from using our products please seek medical advice immediately and let us know.
Note:

      1. Candylove Nature care do not accept any liability from the consequences of directly or indirectly using our products
      2. Keep out of the reach of children
      3. Wash your eyes and mouth if our products comes in contact with these area
      4. Products are non-refundable due to nature of the product (Skin Care). No Return or Exchange
      5. Do not use this product if you are pregnant or breasting

Cancellation and Refund Policy

When a customer places an order from Candylovenaturecare website and wish to cancel for any reason, it has to be before product is shipped out.
Refunds will be processed however this could take up to  7 working days to reflect in their account.
When refunding any payment made after seven days without shipping, a charge will apply
Cancellation is not applicable once the product has been shipped to due to cost. Please read more on this in our Refund Policy.

Changes To This Agreement

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions by posting the updated terms on the Site.
